Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for processing.

  Ship to Editors Keys

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware or software, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
